• First thru Fourth graders start in the worship service with parents and are dismissed for Children's Church.

School Year Programs:

AWANA
Awana is a club for children three years old through the sixth grade that meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm, first Wednesday in September through the end of May. The goal of Awana is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The extensive award system, uniforms and handbooks are primarily designed to motivate the memorization of scripture verses-the heart of the program. Games and special activities round out the program with loving and caring leaders provide a safe and mentoring environment.

Joy Choir
Mid-week program for children ages four through the sixth grade. They meet for a couple months prior to their involvement in the Christmas program and prior to a springtime program.

Winter & Summer Camp

CampCherith

For a week during the summer and a weekend in the winter, we go to the mountains above Redlands near Barton Flats, to Camp Cherith. We enjoy a great time of growing in our knowledge of God's word and enjoy activities such as canoeing, creek walking, archery, cookouts, campfires, mountain bikes, photo fun, crafts, swimming, snow adventure and more.

Summer Activities

The Wednesday Thing
On selected Wednesdays throughout the summer, children can join in for a day of fun. They are usually scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and may include events such as a field trip, a sports day, a boy’s day, a girl’s day, or a music day.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)
This fun week of crafts, games, Bible stories and snacks takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is for children ages 3 to those entering the sixth grade. There is no charge for VBS; however, we will be taking a daily voluntary offering for our missions project.
